Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your generated resume.
- Digital Service: Due to the nature of digital goods and AI API costs, we generally do not offer refunds once a resume has been successfully generated.
- Failed Generations: If you paid but the resume failed to generate due to a technical error on our side, please contact us for a full refund or to retry the generation.
- Cancellations: You may choose not to use the service at any time. Active 30-day unlock periods are not pro-rated.
